I. Call to Order:
The Executive Meeting was held in Sinton at the San Patricio County Civic
Center. Lunch was provided by Backstreet Café and Vice President Rick McLester
called the meeting to order at 11:45 a.m. Rick explained that Bob Blaschke was
out of town. There was no motion to approve the minutes.
II. Organizational Issues: Rick McLester said there were no organizational issues to discuss.
III. Financial Report: Ski said there is $42,272.155 in the money market account. Rick approved the financial report as read.
IV. Subcommittee Updates:
1. Communications – Leroy Moody said there is nothing new to
report.
2. Exercise Design – Rick McLester said they just did a big part
of exercise design previous to this meeting.
3. Hazard Analysis & Vulnerability – Rick McLester said he had
nothing new to report.
4. Health & Medical – Delores Bacon said the CBRAC is making
changes in the training for CBRNE for first responders and physicians.
5. Public Information & Awareness – Bob Blaschke was not present.
Ski said they donated $500 to Nueces County for help with the upcoming Hurricane
Conference. Rick said John Metz brought the new Hurricane Guides and to pick
one up on your way out.
6. Resource & Funding – Fred
Nardini said there has been a total of $8,400 in Tier II Contributions and
another $2,000 from Exxonmobile Pipeline. Total Contributions are $10,400.
Contribution thank you letters were mailed on May 9th.
7. Training – Ski thanked RJ Thomas for getting the
information out about all the various training.
V. Adjourn: With no further business Rick McLester adjourned the meeting at 11:55 p.m.

I. Call to Order/Adjourn: Vice President Rick McLester called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm. He said if no one has anything new to report he makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Fred Nardini made a motion to adjourn the meeting and it was 2nd by Sandy Duncan. The meeting was adjourned at 1:02 pm.
